The study has chosen perhaps the most well-known serious game in the field of supply chain management: The Beer Game and using the means-end chains theory in an attempt to explore the innovative attributes that learners may wish to experience while playing. The study will also construct the psychological hierarchical structure of \u201cinnovative attribute \u2013 anticipated learning consequences \u2013 terminal value\u201d so as to boost the assistive benefits of the Beer Game as an educational tool.
