Web Service for Devices (WSFD) sees a perspective of being able to build service-oriented and event-driven applications on top of these devices with Web service capabilities and a seamless integration into existing World Wide Web infrastructure. The authors introduce in this paper PS4PCSim, a proactive simulator toolkit for pervasive computing applications and environments.
