Eng."],"abstract":"Taking the full network observability of power \nsystem and the least number of PMU as objective, to \nappearing fault situation in the grid, this paper proposes \nDifferential Evolution and Particle Swarm Optimization \n(DEPSO) algorithm in view of the system failure rate. The \nimproved DEPSO algorithm is global optimization, the \nalgorithm takes the constraint condition of fault rate into \naccount during the course of seeking optimal solutions.
