The world is entering\n an era of ubiquitous computing with IoT being the main driver. Taking into\n account the scale of IoT, the number of security issues that are arising are\n unprecedented. Both academia and industry require methodologies that will\n enable reasoning about security in IoT system in a concise and holistic\n manner. The proposed conceptual model addresses a number of challenges in\n modeling IoT to support security analysis. The model is based on an\n architecture-oriented approach that incorporates sociotechnical concepts\n into the security analysis of an IoT system. To demonstrate the usage of the\n proposed conceptual model, we perform a security analysis on a small scale\n smart home example.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.2298\/csis160110016m","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2017,7,5]],"date-time":"2017-07-05T14:48:49Z","timestamp":1499266129000},"page":"557-578","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":18,"title":["A conceptual model to support security analysis in the internet of things"],"prefix":"10.2298","volume":"14","author":[{"given":"Orestis","family":"Mavropoulos","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Brighton, School of Computing, Engineering, and Mathematics, Brighton, UK"}]},{"given":"Haralambos","family":"Mouratidis","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Brighton, School of Computing, Engineering, and Mathematics, Brighton, UK"}]},{"given":"Andrew","family":"Fish","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Brighton, School of Computing, Engineering, and Mathematics, Brighton, UK"}]},{"given":"Emmanouil","family":"Panaousis","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Brighton, School of Computing, Engineering, and Mathematics, Brighton, UK"}]},{"given":"Christos","family":"Kalloniatis","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Brighton, School of Computing, Engineering, and Mathematics, Brighton, UK + University of the Aegean, Department of Cultural Technology and Communication, Lesvos, Greece"}]}],"member":"1078","container-title":["Computer Science and Information Systems"],"original-title":[],"language":"en","deposited":{"date-parts":[[2023,5,29]],"date-time":"2023-05-29T08:33:24Z","timestamp":1685349204000},"score":1,"resource":{"primary":{"URL":"https:\/\/doiserbia.nb.rs\/Article.aspx?ID=1820-02141702557M"}},"subtitle":[],"short-title":[],"issued":{"date-parts":[[2017]]},"references-count":0,"journal-issue":{"issue":"2","published-print":{"date-parts":[[2017]]}},"URL":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.2298\/csis160110016m","relation":{},"ISSN":["1820-0214","2406-1018"],"issn-type":[{"value":"1820-0214","type":"print"},{"value":"2406-1018","type":"electronic"}],"subject":[],"published":{"date-parts":[[2017]]}}}
