Dieser Beitrag schl\u00e4gt die Weiterentwicklung eines solchen Ger\u00e4tes vor, um dem Patienten aktive Teilnahme an der Therapie zu erm\u00f6glichen, wobei er willentlich seine eigene Leistung regeln kann, basierend auf visuellem Biofeedback. Gleichzeitig wird seine physiologische Belastung via Herzrate bzw. Sauerstoffaufnahme digital geregelt, durch Anpassung der visualisierten Soll-Leistung. Dadurch k\u00f6nnte die individuelle kardiopulmonale Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit des Patienten gezielt gesteigert werden. Diese Weiterentwicklung wurde prototypisch an einem Kipptisch vorgenommen, durch Einbau geeigneter Sensoren und Peripherieger\u00e4te f\u00fcr digitale Regelung, Bedienung und Visualisierung.
