Es wird eine Synchronit\u00e4tsbedingung bewiesen, mit der die Wahl einer solchen Regelung in zwei Schritte zerlegt werden kann. Im ersten Schritt wird durch eine Analyse der Teilsysteme der Stabilit\u00e4tsbereich festgelegt, f\u00fcr den im zweiten Schritt eine Regelung ausgelegt wird. Anschlie\u00dfend wird eine notwendige und hinreichende Synchronisierbarkeitsbedingung f\u00fcr die Teilsysteme angegeben, die zeigt, dass nur Agenten, die durch eine proportionale Ausgangsr\u00fcckf\u00fchrung stabilisierbar sind, durch eine vernetzte Regelung synchronisiert werden k\u00f6nnen.
