1. Introduction
1.1 This Privacy Policy is intended to provide you with information on how Agillic A/S collects and processes your personal data which you have given to us, or we have collected from you via our websites.
1.2 We will only process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law to which we are subject, including the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”) and the Danish Data Protection Act No. 502 of 23 May 2018 supplementing the GDPR, any amendments thereto and other such legislation supplementing these rules
1.3 Data subjects shall have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and notifications about execution of the mentioned rights. You can withdraw prior consent by clicking the icon in the lower left corner of the website, and you may object to our data processing to the Danish Data Protection Authority (“Datatilsynet”).
2. Data collection, purposes and legal basis for processing
2.1 Cookies for web analytics: If you consent we place cookies on your browser.
2.1.1 The purpose of our processing is to perform web analytics and identify which pages are being used. This helps us improve our website and services in order to tailor it to customer needs.
2.1.2: The legal basis for the processing of the collected data is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the Data Protection Regulation. The consent can be withdrawn at any time.
2.2 Cookies for advertising: If you consent we place cookies on your browser.
2.2.1 The purpose of our processing is to target your browser with advertising from us when you use other websites or services.
2.2.2: The legal basis for the processing of the collected data is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the Data Protection Regulation. The consent can be withdrawn at any time.
2.3 Newletter: When you sign up and receive our newsletter, we collect information about your name, email address and potentially mobile number. In doing so, we record whether you open the newsletter, what content you click on, if any, and what type of device you use.
2.3.1 The purpose is to deliver newsletters to you

2.4 Contact forms: When you sign up via any of our forms, we collect personal data about you, e.g. your name, email address, and phone number.
2.4.1 The purpose of our processing is to send you information.
2.4.2: The legal basis for the processing of the collected data is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the Data Protection Regulation. The consent can be withdrawn at any time.
2.5 Answer bots and Help search functions: When you enter information into an answer bot and/or help search function, this information is collected and processed by Zendesk.
2.5.1 The purpose of the processing is to provide you with the information you request.
2.5.2: The legal basis for the processing of the collected data is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the Data Protection Regulation. The consent can be withdrawn at any time.
3. Disclosure of your personal data
Any personal data collected through the website will only be disclosed to those sub-processors you have consented to.

All sub-processors are listed in the cookie information displayed via a popup, when users enter the site by or by clicking the icon in the lower left corner of the website.
4. Data retention
4.1 Personal data about your use of our Website, cf. section 2.1, will be deleted at the latest, when you have not used the website for 2 years.
4.2 Personal data collected when you signed up for our newsletter will be deleted when your consent to receive newsletters is withdrawn. However, we retain documentation of your consent two years after withdrawal in accordance with The Danish Statute of Limitations.
4.3 You can opt out of any email communication from us. Click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the email in question for an immediate removal of your opt in.
You can change your information preferences. Click the ‘manage subscription’ link at the foot of the email in question and go straight to your personal data overview to submit changes.
4.4 We do, however, reserve the right to retain your personal data for an extended period of time if deemed necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim or in order to meet a legal obligation.
