The hotel was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated, had absolutely breathtaking views of the mountains. The location was incredible, short walk to many restaurants and shops around as well as public and private transport. I often went to The Good Catch to pick up some food.

It was clean with friendly multilingual staff in reception desk. Loved top-notch and well laid out deluxe double room in the toilet from the bedroom, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location to shops resturant was magnificent for everything I needed. Went to Mercat Bar for drink or two, set relatively near the hotel.

The hotel is clean, staff are very helpful and breakfast is good value for money. As for me location is unbeatable, very close to the centre of the resort near to beaches, shops bars & resturants, and shops and supermarket. Furthermore, The Cavern Club is within easy walking distance of the venue. The rooms are great-sized and brand-new, with a free safe, USB ports, and a mini refrigerator.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, nestled in an absolutely gorgeous building with a poolside restaurant. The staff are extremely helpful and efficient, answered every question I had. The place has magnificent and absolutely perfect location right in the middle of the resort with lovely walks nearby in the volcanic nature reserve.

Booked a room with stunning views onto a sea view. Had perfect location very close to the restaurant, few metres away from St George's Hall Liverpool. And we were right by Maria / Marina, many restaurants and shops and shops and supermarket across the road.
Actually, Wi-Fi signal was very weak and our bed was a little hard.

It was a fabulous stay for 5 nights beginning of January. The staff was obliging and always helped me. The pool was heated and I had warm drinks in the main bar. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. It had very central location close to Fund Grube Costa Teguise Perfume Store. The hotel was set in a lovely area.
