その撮影した映像は公開されていないようだ。タイトルの事例はたぶん、以下の事件に関連したもの見て間違いない筈。

だとすると、この UFO の正体はやはり orb だと思える。なぜなら orb が水中に潜り込んだり、水中から出現した事例はこれまでにも、報告されているし、実際に動画撮影されてもいる。たとえば下の過去記事の事例。
