The YOTA Summer Camp, an annual international event for young hams (organised by the Youth WG of the International Amateur Radio Union Region 1 Committee), will be held in Prague, Czech Republic, from 16 to 23 August. We are very pleased to announce that three university students from Japan, including one participant from YOTA Japan, will be taking part in the camp.

来たる 8月16日から23日にかけて、チェコ・プラハにて、毎年恒例の若者ハムの国際合宿「YOTA Summer Camp」（主催：国際アマチュア無線連合 第1地域委員会 Youth WG）が開催されます。この度、YOTA Japan からの参加者1名を含み、日本から3名の大学生が参加することとなりました。

We are very honoured to be participating in 10th YOTA December Month as 8N2YOTA and 8N4YOTA. Youngsters in JA will be on the air using this callsign. Check our Twitter (@hamyota_japan) for latest QRV info.

On the 1st of March this year, YOTA Japan was officially incorporated, and we reestablished “Youngsters on the Air Japan” as a non-profitable association which is called, in terms of Japanese law, a general incorporated association.

Along with that, we introduce the membership system and committees to clarify that youngsters are the center of our activities.

By the incorporation, the membership system and committees, we will create more fields where our youngsters can be active, and will expand the activities.

2022年3月1日をもちまして、YOTA Japan は法人化し、一般社団法人Youngsters on the Air Japan を設立いたしました。

併せまして YOTA Japan では、活動の主体を明確化するため、会員制度と委員会制度を導入致します。

この度の一般社団法人化と、新しく導入する会員制度、委員会制度によって、わかものハムの皆様の活躍の場を、これまで以上に創出していくと同時に、さらに活動の幅を広げて参ります。

わかものハム同士の交流と議論の場を提供し、またわかものハムの存在とその活動をアピールするためのオンラインイベント「YOTA Japan Online わかものハムの集い 2021」を 2021年5月8日に 開催しました。

YOTA Japan had a presentation program in “Virtual Ham Festival 2020” (by Virtual Ham Festival 2020 Project Team) held online on 1st November 2020.

YOTA Japan made interviews to YOTA friends gathered at Friedrichshafen HAM RADIO 2019 from all over the world.

アマチュア無線に新しい若者を引き入れるヒントが，ここにあります！

YOTA Japan では，ヨーロッパ最大のハムの祭典「HAM RADIO」（ドイツ・フリードリヒスハーフェン）に世界中から集った，YOTA の わかものハム 達にインタビューを行いました．

YOTA Japan interviewed LY2EN Simonas Kareiva, a former chair of the Lithuanian Amateur Radio Society(LRMD) and a current board member.

The interview was published as a part of “Ham’s Radio” on 14 & 21 July 2019, but this time we have released it again independently.

YOTA Japan では，リトアニアアマチュア無線連盟（LRMD）の元会長で，現在も理事の，LY2EN Simonas Kareiva さんへインタビューを行いました．

インタビュー内容は，2019年7月14日，21日に『ハムのラジオ』で放送されましたが，今回その内容を，改めて公開いたしました．

YOTA Japan has submitted a report “Japan’s Participation in YOTA (Youngsters on the Air) ” to  The 17th Triennial conference of the IARU Region 3, which held on September 10-14, 2018.

YOTA Japanでは、 The 17th Triennial conference of the IARU Region 3 へ報告書「Japan’s Participation in YOTA (Youngsters on the Air)」を提出しました。

On Mar 24-25 2018 (UTC), 7 youngsters (16-25 y/o) gathered at JE1CKA, a world-famous contest station, and enjoyed CQ WPX SSB Contest.

This was the first YCP (Youth Contesting Program) in Japan, and even in IARU R3 as well.

We made a video reporting the event which is shown below. You will get how successful this YCP was!

2018年3月24日～26日，YOTA-JAPANでは，Youth Contesting Program（YCP）として、世界的に有名なコンテスト・シャックである JE1CKA （埼玉県飯能市）に16～25才の若手ハム7名を招き，世界規模で開催されたCQ WPXコンテスト（SSB）に参加しました．これは、欧州YOTAのYCPに参画したアジアで初めての企画となります。
