When you register a new domain on WordPress.com or transfer an existing domain to WordPress.com, you are presented with and agree to a domain registration agreement. If you didn’t make a note of it, don’t worry! You can look it up at any time at WordPress.com.
To determine which registrar agreement applies to a domain you’ve registered:
- Go to your Purchases page.
- Select the relevant domain.
- Click Domain Registration Agreement. You’ll be directed to the relevant domain registration agreement, which will be one of the following:
- Automattic Domain Name Registration Agreement (Automattic is the registrar of record)
- CentralNic Reseller Registration Agreement (formerly Key-Systems GmbH) (CentralNic is the registrar of record)
- This Domain Name Registration and Customer Service Agreement (Wild West Domains is the registrar of record)
- Tucows Domain Inc. Registration Agreement (Tucows is the registrar of record)
