Matthew Molyett

Matthew is a Research Engineer within the Talos Security Intelligence and Research Group at Cisco. He is based in Maryland, USA. In this role he is responsible for in-depth analysis of malware.

With over 8 years of computer security experience, Matthew brings broad exposure to Talos from positions as an embedded firmware debrander, cryptanalytic computer scientist, malware analyst, and security tool developer.

He holds security certifications from EC-Council and Cisco, as well as extensive training in cryptography, computer network operations, software engineering, and vulnerability analysis.
