Some translations are poorly done. It follows your device's UI language so there's no way to see the correct Japanese terms if your phone's language isn't in English. After scanning my card and entering my PIN, the screen tries to load a page in a webview, flickers, and fails to load the page. It's unfortunate that we have to entrust our personal information to companies like these.

Constantly crashing, forcing me to start the whole process from the start each time. I also don't understand why I need to scan my card 20 times for one simple application. The process was poorly designed and is incomplete.

This application functions as a wrapper to access a web page, while unnecessarily communicating with cs.nakanohito.jp. It offers no advantages over the official website. Concerningly, it 'may share personal information and device IDs with third parties' and 'collect app info and performance data'. This represents an inefficient use of public resources. Given its scope and the sensitive information it handles, such an application should not engage in data sharing.
